Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 10, 2026

PeptideTrack.io ("PeptideTrack", "we", "us") provides educational tools to log and review peptide protocols, fasting windows, body metrics and journal entries. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.

  • 1. Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided through Clerk (including Google sign-in if you choose it). Usage data you create: protocols, dose logs, fasting sessions, weight and biomarker entries, journal notes, reminders, progress photos and similar content you choose to record. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, language preference, and basic analytics events (page loads, sign-in events, errors). We use approximate geolocation derived from IP to localize content (for example, to show the Colombia store to users in Colombia). Cookies and local storage: short-lived authentication cookies set by Clerk, plus local storage for your language and theme preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

  • 2. How we use information

To operate the service: authenticate you, save your data, sync across devices, send transactional emails (verification, password resets, security alerts). To improve the product: aggregate, de-identified analytics that help us understand which features are used and where the product breaks. To communicate: respond to support requests and, if you opt in, send product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your health-related entries to train third-party advertising models.

  • 3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers needed to run the platform: Clerk (authentication), Replit (hosting and database), object storage (progress photo files), and email delivery providers. Each provider is bound by contract to use the data only to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public. If we ever undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred — we will notify you and any successor will be bound by terms at least as protective as this policy.

  • 4. Affiliate links

Some outbound links to third-party vendors (for example, peptidos.co) are affiliate links. When you click one, we record the click (vendor id, peptide slug, source page, your account id and a timestamp) so we can attribute commission. The destination vendor sets its own cookies and privacy terms, which we do not control. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed wherever they appear.

  • 5. Data retention

We retain your account and tracking data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records in-app at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.

  • 6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these rights directly inside Settings, or by emailing privacy@peptidetrack.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

  • 7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for our database and object storage, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and keep your device protected.

  • 8. Children

PeptideTrack.io is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

  • 9. International users

PeptideTrack.io is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have data protection laws different from your own.

  • 10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
